- AYSC players come together across school and neighbourhood boundaries (Aldergrove, Langley, and West Abbotsford)
- Very reasonable registration fees – quality soccer programs and coaching
- Strong emphasis on community soccer – every child is given an opportunity to play, regardless of skill level or physical development
- AYSC players have received soccer scholarships to universities such as TWU, UFV, and UNBC
